Evidence suggests there are 7 Dimensions of Wellness steps you need or can take to improve your mental health and wellbeing. Trying these seven things could help you feel much better and more positive about life. Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Environmental, Social, Intellectual, and Vocational.

Spirituality wellbeing – Nourishes Your Soul. Energise, restores and connects, enhance your self-Exploration, this Creates harmony within you! Is your mind at peace with the past or present? Are you willing to change and let go of past, are you seeking meaning & purpose in your life? with open mind these activities helped shape and guided me, until I have reached my destination of happiness! If you desire the same thing, first step is create harmony within you, and then You will find inner peace. Things to consider is POSITIVITY. Do, if possible, take time each day to be with your family, for example, try arranging a fixed time to eat dinner together, play engaging games, have a laugh. If possible have weekends off from work this important so that you can indulge with your family spend close moments together. Remember you are not a superhuman it’s OK to talk to yourself and tell yourself that you need a break you know sometimes we have this thing in the back of our mind’s challenges are saying you don’t need a rest but your mind maybe does. whenever you can, please take time and get to know yourself better. 7. Vocational wellbeing – Live with purpose. This dimension of wellbeing focuses on Enriching your life and of others by sharing your special gift, skills, and talent. Whether through work or volunteering, you can make a positive game impact and reap the health benefits.
